He currently serves as Managing Director, State Food and Civil supplies Corporation Ltd. He is also the Managing Director of Film Development Corporation Ltd. and operates as the CEO of Bihar foundation at Govt. of Bihar. He has been awarded with the Viswesaraiya Memorial Award in 2014 for outstanding contribution in the engineering sector in Bihar. He is also a humanitarian and philanthropist, and is on a crusade to raise cancer awareness in Bihar and across India.

    Vineet Kumar is an acclaimed Indian film actor who has graduated from the prestigious National School of Drama, and is known for his works in Hindi, English and Telugu language films and television. He is best known for his works in films such as Masaan, Drohkaal, Kachche Dhaage, Aks, Shool and the critically acclaimed Telegu film Vikramarkudu. Massan, one of his commendable works, not only received a five minutes standing ovation at the 68th Cannes Films Festival, but also won the Fédération Internationale de la Presse Cinématographique, the International Jury of Film Critics prize, and the Promising Future prize.

    Pankaj K P Shreyaskar is a career bureaucrat, author, columnist and noted Dance/ Film critic. An alumnus of the University of Delhi, he has been actively involved with the SPIC MACAY since his student days, helpingfoster the traditional Indian values and generate awareness of the cultural traditions and heritage of India. He has worked closely with Lachhu Maharaj and Shovna Narayan, who have contributed immensely contributions to Kathak in Indian Cinema. He has also been a renowned Voice Over artist in the electronic media.

    Festival Advisor

    Sadiya Siddiqui is an accomplished Indian film and television actress. She has acted in films like Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Shabd and Raghu Romeo apart from other experimental cinema. Her illustrious journey in the world of television began in 1993 when she acted as a child bride in Humrahi. She went on to perform in acclaimed serials such as Byomkesh Bakshi, Star Bestsellers, Saathi Re, Balika Vadhu, Sasural Genda Phooland many more. She was in the spotlight for having won the Indian Television Academy Awards for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for Balika Vadhu.

    Premendra Mazumder is a noted film author, curator, consultant, society activist, festival organizer, and festival consultant. As a film critic, he writes extensively in different publications worldwide. An activist of the Film Society movement since 1976, he was also the Asian Secretary of the International Federation of Film Societies (2010-12), Vice President of the Federation of Film Societies of India (2010-14) and General Secretary of the Federation of Film Societies of India (2014-16). He is the also President of the Film Critics Circle of India and General Secretary of the Indian Film Critics Association.

    Festival Programmer – Supervisor

    Arpan Home Roy is a Festival Programmer-Supervisor. He had a brief stint with ad films and corporate videos before he joined Directorate of Film Festival (DFF), where he worked for the President’s National Film Awards and also International Film Festival of India (IFFI), Goa. He has moved to Mumbai and has worked with National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) to program the Producers’ Lab at the NFDC Film Bazaar, Goa. He is a double post graduate in Mass Communication and English from Delhi University. He also holds a PG diploma in Advertising and Public Relation from the prestigious Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi.

    Ravi Raj Patel is a young writer, as well as a Documentary, Short and Ad film maker. He has made several documentary and ad films on important subjects for Rajya Sabha Television and the Govt. of Bihar. He is also founder of an organization devoted to art, culture and cinema. And a member of the Bihar State Film Development Corporation. He is closely associated to the Writers Association, (Mumbai), Cine Society (Patna), Bihar Art Theatre (Patna) and has been convener and curator for several film festivals.
